Respite Tea review of the year

We all looked at 2021 as a renewal following months of incertitude caused by the pandemic. Little did we know that as we close 2021, the virus would still dominate the scene.

As with the many things life throws at us, there are challenges to be had and opportunities to be embraced. For many, we paused and took a serious look at our physical and mental well-being and placed a priority on benefits beverages offer, such as natural remedies for ailments including bloating, menstrual cramps, inflammation or aid for relaxation and sleep.

This is where Respite Tea has stepped in and has already helped many to feel renewed and restored.

But as this is an end of year review, you may like to find out what the Respite Tea team achieved in 2021. We:

  • introduced a new and vibrant packaging

  • introduced pyramid bags instead of the traditional teabag, to allow our herbs and spices to better infuse and give you the best experience

  • launched a newsletter – if you haven’t already done so, please sign up to join the mailing list

  • asked and you responded that you prefer to receive our newsletter quarterly

  • obtained NAFDAC certification for distribution of our teas in Nigeria

  • responded to demands by introducing tea subscriptions with a 20% discount

  • attended many food fairs, where our teas were extremely well received.

Looking ahead, we plan to keep listening to you and making wellness a priority in our busy lives.

In closing, we would like to thank you, our loyal and new customers, for choosing Respite Tea, and for your support. We look forward to continuing to bring wellness to you in 2022.

We wish you, and your families, all the very best in this coming holiday season.
